Every entrepreneur is at least these three things.
Win them to your way of thinking by telling them what you’re thinking. Give them the message. Make sure they know what it is you represent. By the time you’re done with them, they should be able to give your message to their roommate.
Which they will, if your message is worth giving out.
Share your enthusiasm. Not enthused? You’re in the wrong business. What does excite you? What are the things you could stay up untill 3am talking about with a friend. Start there.
Maybe you could be excited for the customer.

Discern their desire and act on it before it becomes a need. Do something, even if it’s wrong. No action is the worst action. Be pro-active and responsive.
